You can’t go wrong with a good ribeye steak!
This season, we’re serving it with sweet baby carrots, sautéed mushrooms, roasted cherry tomatoes on vine and a homemade truffle aioli sauce!
SHRIMP AND TOMATO PACCHERI PASTA
An elevated version of your favourite tomato base pasta, we created ours using Selva black tiger shrimps which we sell on our online shop!
Prepared together with Paccheri pasta, tomato sugo, kale, capers, olives and of course, fresh basil leaves!
BAKED COTECHINO SAUSAGE
Juicy sausages and mashed potato – the ultimate comfort food duo! Served with lentils, tomato relish and grilled from The Providore bakery!

We love how versatile our main blend coffee is, and that inspired our baristas to concoct this classic cocktail with a festive twist.
