A classic that needs no introduction, we make ours with an extra magical touch, laminating the dough (made from premium quality french butter and Japanese flour) according to a precise✨ recipe that yields its signature chewy texture and crisp, flaky exterior.
Best enjoyed on it’s own or with some homemade jam or marmalade!
THE MOTHER OF ALL SOURDOUGH!
Did you know? Our sourdough’s mother dough has been the same one since we opened in 2013? Since then, it has been blessing our loaves with that much sought-after fluff and flavour we all long for in a good, hearty slice of sourdough toast!
We love it so much, we use it for our sandwiches in our cafes, and our bakers start work at 2 am every morning just to get those fresh loaves on time to you!
DANISHES FOR DAYS!
Of course, we cannot do a list without include some delectable sweet viennoiseries. Our fruit Danishes are always in demand, and besides favourites like Raisin Danishes and Apricot Danishes, we can’t get enough of the seasonal specials like our Cream Cheese Blueberry and Cherry Danishes that are available only for a limited time!

Bread deserves to be enjoyed by everybody and we’ve made that possible by providing gluten-free bread alternatives from our friends at The Whole Kitchen for some of our café sandwiches!
