Christmas Specials!

It’s officially getting festive, which means only three things. Our Cafes are adorned with Christmas decor, merry music is back on our playlist, and festive specials are now being served at our Cafes!

Stuffed with Sheep’s feta, semi-dried tomatoes, basil, aubergine & chilli pickle and served with hummus, spiced roasted veggies, millet & pomegranate warm salad. A hearty meal all in a plate!

Charred till perfection with a delightfully tender centre, our Spanish Pork Chop is simply a joy to behold. Also served with mashed potatoes, gravy, apple sauce and slaw. 

If you’re not one to turn down a juicy slab of steak, ready your appetite and check out our Angus Flank steak. Rubbed with ancho chilli powder, and served with roasted baby carrots, sauteed mushrooms and chipotle aioli, this is one meal that will definitely leave you craving for more.

A luxurious delight for your Christmas table, the Tuber contains a creamy black winter truffle core, encased in an intense dark chocolate mousse, and seated on a biscuit base with hints of parmesan. This cake is one not to be missed by truffle-lovers, and also makes a great conversation starter at the dinner table.

It wouldn’t be Christmas without the good ol’ Log cake. This year, our pastry team decided to put a spin on this Christmas classic. The result is The Kumara, a fluffy Japanese sponge cake filled with sweet potato goodness in every bite – light and not cloyingly saccharine, it’s a perfect ending to a festive feast.

A festive classic with an innovative twist!

An essential Alsatian Christmas tradition, our Kouglof is a delicious brioche-based cake with cranberries. Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to create consistent texture, and finished off with pistachios, almonds, and a rich white chocolate glaze. Perfect as an afternoon snack or even as an aperitif!

As a traditional German fruitcake with a profound history, it’s no wonder that there are as many variations of Stollen as there are people who make it. Our version is like no other – with dough that is made from scratch, soaked in premium Rum and finished off with a generous dusting of icing sugar.

The result is a rich and moist Stollen that pairs perfectly with our signature Hot Chocolate spiced with cinnamon, or if you’re feeling fancy, a glass of dessert wine.

Get merry with our festive Sangria made with sweet aromatic Moscato, Plantation 3 star rum, fresh pineapples and strawberry juice. A delight when paired with our Christmas Kouglof! 

A delicious blend made with The Providore’s very own white and peppermint drinking chocolates.
