The Providore Gift Card can be used to enjoy a meal in our cafes or to purchase their favourite Providore retail items from our stores!
Simply drop by our outlets to purchase a physical Gift Card or order an eGift Card online and it will be sent straight to the recipient’s inbox!
Purchase and Usage of the Physical Gift Card
- Gift Cards can be purchased at all Providore outlets
- Gift Cards can be used at all Providore outlets except at The Providore’s online stores
- Gift Cards are good for a one-time loading of values of either $10/$20/$50 or $100 during the initial purchase.
- Card balance can be checked at our stores.
- The Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

1. Where can The Providore Gift Cards be purchased from?
They can be purchased from any of our physical stores in Singapore.
2. Where is The Providore Gift Card accepted?
The Gift Card can be utilized in any of The Providore’s outlets, excluding its Online Stores.
3. Can we top-up The Providore Gift Cards after purchase?
The Providore Gift Cards are not reloadable.
4. Does the Gift Card have an expiry date?
The Providore Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Example: Purchased on 1 March 2023, expiry is 1 March 2024.

5. What are the minimum and maximum values that can be loaded?
The gift card is available in denominations of $10/$20/$50 and $100.
6. How can we check the balance value and validity?
You can check your Gift Card balance at any of The Providore’s physical outlets.
Our staff will also inform you about the remaining balance after usage.
The validity of the Gift Card is based on the date of issue that will be written on the card.

7. Can we purchase Gift Cards in bulk?
You can send an email request for the bulk purchase of Gift Cards at hello@theprovidore.com.
8. Can we request for the delivery of physical Gift Cards?
Unfortunately, we do not provide delivery. All Gift Cards are for in-store collection only.
9. If the physical card is lost, can the value be transferred to another Gift Card?
The value stored in the Gift Card cannot be transferred to another Gift Card. The Providore Singapore is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Cards, and the Gift Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
10. Can we get a refund for the value of the Gift Card that is unused?
There is no refund for the balance value on your Gift Card. Any unused value cannot be exchanged for cash or credits, vouchers, or coupons.
11. How do I pay for a Providore Gift Card?
We support different modes of payment including credit cards, PayNow, and QR payments.
12. Can multiple Providore Gift Cards be used in a single transaction?
Yes, you can use multiple Gift Cards in a single transaction.
13. How many times can the cards be used?
The Providore Gift Card can be used multiple times during the validity period (365 days) until the value stored within is exhausted.
