Q: How do I sign up as a member with The Providore?
A: It’s really simple! Simply click on Join us now to sign up online, or if you are at our stores, enter your mobile number at our checkout counters, choose a 4 digit pin, and that’s it!
Q: Do my points or stamps expire?
A: All points and stamps issued have a validity period of 6 months, so be sure to redeem your rewards before they expire!
Q: Does my membership expire?
A: Nope! Once you’ve signed up with us, you are a member for life
Q: I forgot to have my points keyed in during my last visit. Can I still have them added?
A: Yes, do bring your original receipt to the outlet you visited within 7 calendar days and request for our staff to add them in for you.
We will not be able to accept receipts for transactions that occured more than 7 calendar days from the date of transaction.
Q: I redeemed a reward previously but have changed my mind and would like to return it in exchange for points or cash. Is that possible?
A: All rewards redeemed are not eligible for exchanges or refunds for points or cash.
Q: Can I earn and redeem points on The Providore’s online shop?
A: Unfortunately, our online shop is not linked to our loyalty program at the moment.
